HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. You’re already signed-up, everyone is!

2. Every time you come into the studio for a workout, log a point for your team next to your name

3. Earn extra points by coming in to group classes for special challenge workouts on Fridays

4. Earn extra bonus points by joining us on the last day of the challenge, Friday, March 28th for the end of challenge event starting at 6pm

POINT SYSTEM

• 1 point for attending any regularly scheduled class

• 5 points for attending a regularly scheduled class on Fridays

• 15 points for attending the Special Event on March 28th + 5 points for doing the workout during this event.

SPECIAL EVENT DETAILS

Friday March 28th

TRADEWINDS

6:00pm

The Challenge will conclude with a special event on Friday, March 28th starting at 6pm.

Participants will have the chance to complete the final workout of the challenge in a heat with other participants. The workout will be our Benchmark Workout from our current training cycle.

Everyone is encouraged to attend this event, even if you do not plan to workout.

After the final heat that evening we will be hosting an after challenge party in the studio with pizza, chicken wings & salads. You can BYO beverges. Guests are also welcome to attend the event, however, the workout will be for TW clients only.

To complete the workout on this evening, participants must sign-up for the class on Kilo.

If you are a personal training client and would like to participate that evening, just let a team member know and we will add you to the class.

Please note that this 6pm event will be taking the place of the regularly scheduled 5:00pm group class that evening.
